Terms and conditions of the online store<\/h1>\n

\u00a71 General provisions<\/h2>\n

  1. \n

    Online store operating under the brand name Food Fix You<\/strong>, available at the address of the website maintained by the Seller, is operated by:
    Service company \u201eWOJ\u017bAK\u201d Wojciech \u017bak<\/strong>, Aleksandra Dworskiego 51 lok. 5, 37-700 Przemy\u015bl, Poland, NIP: 7952559095<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    The Regulations set out the rules for the use of the Online Store, placing orders, performance of sales contracts, payment, delivery, complaints and the rules for the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    The online payment service provider is PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24)<\/strong>, 8 Pastelowa St., 60-198 Pozna\u0144.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    \u00a72 Definitions<\/h2>\n

    For the purposes of the Regulations, it is understood that:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \n

      Store<\/strong> - Internet service run by the Seller, through which the Customer can place orders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Seller<\/strong> - Service Company \u201eWOJ\u017bAK\u201d Wojciech \u017bak.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Customer<\/strong> - natural person, legal entity or organizational unit using the Store.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Consumer<\/strong> - A customer who is a natural person making a legal transaction not directly related to his\/her business or professional activity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      Product<\/strong> - goods offered in the Store (including Extra Virgin oils and related products).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      Order<\/strong> - Customer's statement of intent to conclude a contract of sale of a Product with the Seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7. \n

      Regulations<\/strong> - this document.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a73 Scope of store operations<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. \n

        The store retails food products (especially Extra Virgin oils) and related accessories.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2. \n

        Prices of products are given in Polish zloty and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        The offer is available for orders placed through the Store's website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/h2>\n

        \u00a74 Registering and placing orders<\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. \n

          Registration in the Store is voluntary and allows, among other things, faster ordering and access to order history. Registration requires providing true data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        2. \n

          Orders can be placed without registration through the order form available in the Store.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        3. \n

          The customer is obliged to provide complete and true data necessary for the execution of the order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        4. \n

          After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order to the indicated e-mail address. Confirmation of receipt of the order is not equivalent to the conclusion of a contract of sale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        5. \n

          The contract of sale is concluded when the Seller sends a confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution, or - in the case of online payment - when the confirmation of payment posting is received, if the Seller in the confirmation expressly indicated this moment as the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00a75 Pricing and payment<\/h2>\n

          1. \n

            Prices of products and delivery costs are given next to the given Product in the Store. All prices are given in PLN and include applicable VAT.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          2. \n

            Available forms of payment:<\/p>\n
